*Time allocation for Workshops will be informed from the Organizers to the Speakers. 

• Presentation language: English
• Slide format: 16:9 screen aspect ratio 
• Presentation file format: PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF
• Arrival at the Session Room: Speakers should arrive at their assigned session room before the session starts to meet the Session Chair and confirm the presentation setup.

• Presentation Setup On-Site: Presentations should be uploaded to the session room computer via USB drive. Speakers are kindly requested to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of their session to upload their presentation and verify that all technical requirements are met.

• Posters must measure 160 cm high x 120 cm wide.
